Applying For Austria Visa From Pakistan

For non EU/EEA students there are two types of categories of visa

  • Visa C (Schengen visa): For short term academic purpose such as language course or summer school. It allows students to stay for up to 90 days in Austria
  • Category D: For long term study purposes. Allows to stay for upto 6 months or more. 
  • Residence Permit for Students: If your course is for longer duration (more than 6 months) then you have to apply for residence permit. You should Apply for the student residence permit at least 6 months before traveling to Austria.
